Music is a really important part of my life. I listen to music all day, from the moment I wake up, in the gym, in the car on the way to and from work and during the day whenever I get a chance. Music also features in a lot of TVC’s creative and ideas and I’m always getting involved in coming up with music-themed campaign ideas and music soundtracks providing the backdrop for our content campaigns.
This song makes me smile in the morning and gets me revved up for the day ahead.
Dog Days Are Over - Florence and the Machine
When I’m getting creative it has to be Florence and the Machine. This was also one of the songs that helped me get through two marathons.
After lunch if I need a pick me up this is the song I put on – you can’t beat a bit of disco house to get the adrenaline going.
This song really helps me think. I put it on when I’m writing decks or needing to really focus on cracking a strategic or creative problem.
Better the Devil You Know - Kylie Minogue
After a tricky client meeting or full on day this is the song that helps me wind down. You can’t help but smile when you hear it.
