Joseph Gahan from WE Communications chooses five tracks to help you get you in shape for 2017:
'The Seed (2.0)' by The Roots & Cody Chesnutt
I’m usually quite groggy in the morning so I need something to up the tempo. This song gives me the right amount of energy to get me through those rough early morning commutes! Nothing beats that rhythm.
'Le Bien, Le Mal' by Guru’s Jazzmatazz
I’m not usually impressed by French music, but I’ll make an exception for this song. Bring on the smooth rap.
'Wile Out' by Ms.Dynamite
The caffeine’s kicked in and you’re well on your way through the day. If you’re not nodding your head to this then there’s something wrong with you.
'Shake It Out' by Manchester Orchestra
When the repetition of Radio 1 has made you want to huddle up in a ball and cry, XFM’s finest does the trick. Try and stop yourself from buying a leather jacket.
'Really Love' by D’Angelo
It’s the end of the day and things are slowing down. You’re going to need all the zen you can find to stay calm on the tube home. It’s also a pretty great song to walk around London in Winter time.
