The PR agency of the future

Public relations is changing, so PR agencies are changing. To their credit, good PR firms today are unrecognisable from the media relations centric shops of five years ago. Change has been rapid and there have been winners and loosers along the way. 

I suspect that the speed of change will continue to be rapid and in this video, agency leaders discuss their predictions for the future shape of PR firms.
