Looking to build your personal brand as a junior? The PR League could be the answer

Making your mark in PR can be a daunting prospect for an early career. It has been said that PR professionals care more about their client's brand than their own. But, what if you could stop waiting and start building your own platform right now?

That's precisely the philosophy behind The PR League, PRmoment’s premier event in partnership with Releasd, is designed not just to test talent, but to actively launch the next generation of industry leaders. It’s more than a competition — it’s an intensive, four-stage journey engineered to provide the support, education, and network you need to thrive.

Indeed, Richard Benson, CEO of Releasd said:

"The future of PR won't be shaped by technology or budgets alone, it'll be shaped by the people entering the industry today."

Are you ready to be one of those people?

Who should step up to the challenge?

The PR League is aimed at ambitious PR pros with four to eight years of experience to team up to compete for glory. Teams can consist of a mix of agency and in-house pros, forces can be combined and regions can be blended together.

An organisation can nominate a maximum of two teams, but remember, teams can also enter independently.

If you meet the experience criteria, you have a seat at the table.

The four stages of The PR League

  1. Future of PR skills. Submit a short written essay answering two crucial questions on the future of PR skills. Define how you see the industry evolving.
  2. Crisis communication response. Test your nerve and strategic thinking in a 1-hour online simulated crisis scenario exercise. Quick decision-making under pressure is key.
  3. Creative consumer communications response. Craft an impactful campaign based on our consumer brief and deliver a live, high-stakes 20-minute pitch.
  4. B2B storytelling: ideas to create impact in a B2B channel. Tackle our B2B brief, crafting a compelling campaign and delivering a final, live 20-minute pitch.

The unrivalled benefits of competing

By putting yourself forward, you unlock unparalleled benefits that will visibly boost your career trajectory: direct feedback from expert judges, exclusive coaching sessions with PR Legends, and unrivalled industry recognition from PRmoment.

This is your chance to get your name known, so don't let the 13th November deadline pass you by.
