Questions that Communications Directors ask themselves Why our “Find a PR Agency Service” will help you
How do you know that you have appointed the right agency?

Our service matches you with specialists in the markets that you operate in. Be those vertical sectors such as financial services or skill areas such as social media
Do you struggle to keep track of best practice within your sector? Our service takes into account recent award wins and we only use agencies who have passed the PRCAs Consultancy Management Standard

Has the rapid emergence of social media meant that you are concerned that your current agency is behind the curve?

Again our service matches your needs with best practice within the sectors where you have told us you require agency expertise
Do you find managing a pitch process is a drain on your time and resources?

This information we require from you will take 20 minutes to complete. Within 3 working days we will then give you 6 shortlisted agencies. The PRCA will also liaise with you throughout the process to ensure your expectations are being met
When putting together your long list, are you concerned that it tends to be a list of the usual suspects, rather than a statement of best practice within the markets in which you operate?

Our agency data takes into account recent award winners in relevant sectors. We also plug in any relevant market intelligence to ensure that clients receive a list of well matched, relevant agencies
Do you worry you’ll only really find out whether the agency is any good after you’ve appointed them? Only agencies that have passed the PRCAs Consultancy Management Standard are allowed to enter this scheme. We find this also assists procurement departments.

How our “Find a PR Agency Service” works?

In-house decision makers simply need to fill in the form below. We will then send you a link to a secure web page where you can list the sectors that you work in and the types of skill areas that you are prioritising when searching for a new agency. This should take you less than 30 minutes.

Our system then searches on sector experience, core skills, required specialist skills, size and location of agency.

From here we look check the cultural fit of the agency and client, and assess any conflict issues.

A short list of (normally) six agencies is delivered to the client with supporting notes within 2 - 3 days. We then monitor progress and offer further advice, as requested, all towards gaining a member win of course.

All agencies on the shortlist will have passed the PRCA’s Consultancy Management Standard. This means that these consultancies’ internal practices, customer service levels and quality of the PR that they produce has been audited, and a certificate issued confirming that they are in line with best practice in the industry. This Find a PR Agency facility has been designed to save time and money and fulfils procurement requirements for impartial short listing.

This service is produced free of charge for clients. PR agencies pay a small commission to PRmoment and the PRCA for using this service.
