This week’s pet in PR is a Cocker Spaniel called Chester who works hard (as you can see in the video) at agency ADPR. His owner is managing director, Kate O’Sullivan. Here’s a photo of him getting in the Christmas spirit:
Describing how he contributes to agency life, Zak Hillard, account support, says: “He’s a big fan of regularly tapping his paws against the glass doors to trick us into thinking he needs the loo, just so he can go outside and come straight back in (the great outdoors not that exciting for you after all, eh, Chester?), taking naps anywhere except in his actual bed, joining in on team brainstorms, and doing a circuit of everyone in the office every now and again, just for a bit of love and attention.”
HIllard adds: “He’s certainly quite the ‘dawg’, and isn’t opposed to mucking in and drafting the odd press release if needed.”
Chester is yet another demonstration that to succeed in PR, you have to work like a dog.
