An infographic produced by Maxus for Business has revealed that a massive 70% of business people don’t think B2B brands know how to communicate on social media. The survey also highlighted the key trends, activity and methods B2B brands need to be aware of within social media. For instance, with only a quarter of people having restricted or no access to social media during work hours, the evening and first thing in the working day were found to be the most effective communication times. The infographic also highlighted the popularity of LinkedIn with 61% of business people asked, ranking it as their preferred social network for B2B communications and 73% classing it as the most trusted.
