The test – It’s a great tool for presenting the impact of what we do to our clients and to justify the ROI of their PR spend.
What we asked this tool to do – Primarily to help save reporting time for our teams and enable us to present coverage, activity and metrics to our clients in an engaging, interactive and easily shareable way.
How it performed – Very well. Easy to use and much more visually engaging for our teams and clients – it’s helped us broaden the reach of our client relationships by presenting a wide range of information, data and imagery. It’s also reduced a whole bunch of admin time for the teams.
Likes – it’s very versatile. We use it not only for our clients’ monthly reporting but also for as-it-happens media reporting at trade shows, as an on-boarding tool for new clients, an internal newsletter for our four offices and as an easily shareable ‘About the lorries’ creds pack. The Releasd team is also proactive and works closely with us to develop/beta-test new ideas and product offerings – it’s more a partnership than a typical vendor/client relationship, which is how it should be!
Dislikes – None really. Any minor niggles are quickly resolved and the Releasd team listens to feedback rather than paying lip-service.
