The first leaderboard of PRmoment’s inaugural PR League shows our top 10 entrants, out of twenty.
The scores remain incredibly close and with 60% of the marks still available, the title chase is very much alive, with all to play for.
Following the second round crisis simulation exercise, Kate Hartley co-founder of Polpeo commented:
“We were so impressed with the quality of thinking and execution from the teams on the crisis simulation. It was a very high standard overall and gives me huge confidence in the quality of advice that clients are getting from their PR agency teams.”
Richard Benson, CEO, of Releasd, reminded us that PR is a talent lead sector:
"The future of PR won't be shaped by technology or budgets, it'll be shaped by the people entering the industry today."
Will Hart, CEO of PRmoment Leaders, chaired the judging of the stage one "Future of PR” essay responses and commented:
“My confidence in the future of PR has been massively reinforced by the experience of judging the first round of PRmoment’s new PR League competition. The answers were brilliant. The quality of thinking and creativity within the responses was consistently high. The participants are all at the coal face of AI integration and all of them made sure to address the impacts of the technology on agency life, both already playing out and over the horizon. But crucially they argue that PR can only fully seize greatly enhanced opportunities in a disrupted integrated world by leaning into focused human intelligence. Their arguments were both convincing and reassuring to me.”
The PR League is a team-based competition designed to identify and showcase the skills of young PR professionals in the UK. It provides a platform for learning, growth, and recognition within the PR and corporate communications industry.
This is especially important in an era where young people are finding it more difficult to thrive in the job market. The PR League is about creating young role models in a competition format which offers support, education and access to a network.
