AMEC (The Association of Measurement and Evaluation of Communications) recently held a webinar in which they discussed methods and techniques that help communications professionals measure the outputs and, more importantly, the outcomes of their work.
It’s an hour webinar and while I wouldn’t describe it as fast paced when you’ve got a bit of time I’d recommend you have a listen. It’s an excellent introduction into how to set up a robust PR measurement process.
Some of the stats are UK lead – but the principles and theory apply worldwide.
