Scott Feasey takes dual CEO role at M+C Saatchi Group as Carlo Noseda departs after 15 years

Scott Feasey

Scott Feasey's leadership responsibilities at M+C Saatchi Group have been expanded across two regions, taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer for Europe. Feasey will continue to lead the Middle East business, and remains based in the UAE, retaining his seat on the group's global executive leadership team.

The move brings two of M+C Saatchi's most strategically important regions under one leadership, with the group highlighting stronger cross-market alignment, talent sharing, and client service as key drivers behind the decision.

Feasey succeeds Carlo Noseda in the European role, who steps down after 15 years leading M+C Saatchi's European operations. Noseda's tenure saw considerable growth and transformation for the business across the continent.

Speaking on his appointment, Feasey said the opportunity to lead across both regions was one he was eager to embrace: "The team in Europe is of the highest calibre and holds some of the Group's most significant client relationships. We have strong teams and specialisms across both regions, and bringing them closer together strengthens how we offer cultural power to our clients." He added: "It enables stronger cross-pollination of talent, ideas, and data, allowing us to deliver greater economies of scale and more meaningful impact."

Feasey also pointed to a wider industry shift: "We are consistently seeing clients looking for agencies that can operate seamlessly across markets with increased efficiency. We are now even better positioned to do this, with greater capability, offering, expertise, and reach."

Eleven years of building in the Middle East

The newly appointed dual CEO has led M+C Saatchi Middle East for over a decade, growing it into one of the region's most comprehensive integrated marketing and communications networks. The business' portfolio includes advertising, media, PR, social media, sponsorship, talent management, consulting, production, and sport and entertainment.

Before that, Feasey founded Expression, an independent Middle East advertising agency that grew into one of the region's largest. Following a three-year joint venture with Iris Worldwide, Expression was acquired by M+C Saatchi Group in 2016, bringing him into the fold.

More recently, he was part of the global team that executed the acquisition of Dune 23, a Middle East-based sports and entertainment agency. That deal strengthened M+C Saatchi Group's Sports & Entertainment capabilities in the region, which are particularly well-developed across its European offices.

M+C Saatchi Group operates across more than 20 countries. Across the two regions of Europe and the Middle East, the expanded group now represents clients including Aldar, Wio Bank, Aquaventure World, Pizza Hut, Dubai Humanitarian, Warner Bros. Discovery, DP World Tour Championship, Longines Global Champions Tour, Porsche Design, Peloton, Whoop, Sixt, Eni, The North Face, ING, Heineken, and KLM, among others.
