North Seventy Five launches communications training offering The Edit

North Seventy Five, the integrated communications agency that entered the regional market in late 2025, has announced the launch of The Edit, a dedicated communications training offering for brands, organisations and individuals.

The Edit is designed to address what the agency describes as a growing capability gap inside organisations navigating digital transformation, shifting stakeholder expectations, geopolitical uncertainty and an always-on media environment.

The launch comes at a critical time for the Middle East. As regional economies undergo massive diversification and digital acceleration, organisations are navigating what the team describes as a "perfect storm" of complexity, ranging from shifting stakeholder expectations and geopolitical nuances to an always-on, high-scrutiny media landscape.

Moving beyond ‘soft skills’

Lisa Welsh and Iman Issa, North Seventy Five co-founders

The Edit is built on the philosophy that communication is no longer a peripheral function but a core business competency. The offering is structured to provide bespoke, high-impact training that aligns with specific organisational cultures and strategic priorities.

“Leaders increasingly recognise that effective communication is now a core business competency, not a soft skill,” said Lisa Welsh, co-founder & Managing Partner at North Seventy Five. “Executives need to articulate vision through ambiguity, respond to public scrutiny, navigate disruptive technologies, and build trust with employees, regulators, and customers.”

The offering covers four areas: talent and capability development across communications, strategy, creativity, leadership, reputation and digital confidence; facilitation and workshops; customised learning programmes; and executive coaching. It is aimed at C-suite leaders and spokespeople, corporate affairs and communications professionals, functional leaders, high-growth companies, government entities, and teams across digital, marketing, public affairs and brand.

“Internal communications and marketing functions are under more pressure than ever,” added Iman Issa, co-founder & Managing Partner at North Seventy Five. “They are expected to be strategic, creative, and operationally excellent simultaneously. Often, they lack the specialist tools to keep pace with these demands. The Edit directly addresses these gaps.”
