The Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) has announced that its annual UAE Leadership Majlis will return to Abu Dhabi on 23 June 2026, gathering senior communications leaders from corporate, government and agency sectors across the region.
Now in its eleventh edition, the forum will run under the theme "Emerging Stronger: Shaping What Comes Next," with sessions centred on how organisations are building resilience, maintaining stakeholder trust and identifying strategic communications priorities during the continued global and regional shifts.
The programme will feature a mix of data-led keynotes, sector presentations, panel discussions and interactive roundtables. A dedicated leadership panel will address the challenge of communicating resilience and future direction, while a separate session on internal communications will examine how organisations are attracting, engaging and retaining talent in an evolving workplace.
The event is set to conclude with an interactive roundtable in which participants are expected to identify concrete actions and shared commitments – an approach MEPRA says is intended to ensure outcomes extend beyond the day itself.
Justin Kerr-Stevens, Chairman of MEPRA, said the Majlis brings together industry leaders to exchange perspectives and "collectively define what comes next," adding that this year's theme reflects "the opportunity to move forward with clarity, purpose and impact."
He added: "At a time when our region continues to navigate rapid transformation, the role of communications has never been more critical."
The UAE Leadership Majlis is open to communications professionals across corporate, government and agency backgrounds. Registration details are expected to be released by MEPRA in the coming weeks.
