Thursday Club

When:
Location: The Draft House, Farringdon, London
Organiser: PRmoment and partners
Price: Free entry for all partner agencies or £10 +VAT for non-partners

Thursday Club is an event for people who hate networking events.

It’s not a complex formula – it's drinks in the pub for the PR community.

It’s not about business cards, pitches, awkward handshakes or fake smiles.

This is about a bunch of good people from the communications industry in one place, without an agenda and mostly with a drink in their hand. So put your deck away mate. grab yourself a drink and have a good time.

Thursday is the new Thursday, after all.

Overview
Originally founded as ‘something to do that wasn’t work’ on a Thursday night by Manifest London, Thursday Club is now evolving into an open invitation to all agencies who want to mingle, drink and dance.

Our next event will be on the 12th March at the Drafthouse in Farringdon.

Thursday Club supporters

Becoming a Thursday Clubber

If your PR agency wants to get involved and send a bunch of their people, all you need to do is become a Thursday Club supporter.

As a Thursday Club supporter you’ll get some nice pub style branding in the venue and then when your “half hour” comes up the bar staff will ring the bell and announce it.

The cost to become a supporter is £400 and to confirm, if you became a partner, you wouldn’t pay PRmoment anything, you just turn up to the pub with your credit card and a bunch of your staff. To become a Thursday Club Supporter, email Ben.Smith@prmoment.com

If you don't want to become a supporter but still want to get involved  you can purchase a ticket (see above. )

It's free drinks until the bar tab runs out and your ticket goes towards the bar tab.

Please note:  We reckon for Thursday Club to thrive it needs not to be attended by recruitment consultants or PR vendors. Otherwise people just end up avoiding these types of events in our experience. Sorry guys - nothing personal.
