You will also learn about how social commerce can begin to close the gap between social media engagement and ROI, and explore ways and means of making some marketing begin to pay for itself.

James is the head of digital at Lexis Public Relations, London's largest boutique PR agency. Previously with Euro RSCG and Ogilvy Group UK, James has worked with a wide variety of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies across Consumer, Corporate, Healthcare and Technology practices including IBM, American Express, Nike, Coca-Cola and Unilever.
James' recent work on the "Recommendation Economy" has been widely recognised within the PR industry and James is now working on his debut book on the subject.
