Don Clark died peacefully this morning. He had been fighting a battle against cancer for the past few months. He was just 42 years old.
For those of you that didn’t know Don, he had worked in the PR industry in the UK for over 25 years. He had previously been a Sales Director at PR Newswire and Vocus. Three years ago he set up PR Max alongside 3 other fellow directors.
For me, one word sums up Don – fun. He was a laugh. When I turned up at an industry events – if Don was there, I knew that it was going to be a late one! And I knew I was going to wake up with a thumping hangover.
I will miss Don. I will miss his energy and his vitality. But most of all I will miss a very, very nice guy.
Don is survived by his wife and his 13 year old son who supported him through the last few difficult weeks of his life.
