About the LLPR

LLPR (Liz Lean PR) was born by the beach, driven by a desire to combine outstanding, high-impact work with a compassionate and ethical approach to PR. With over 27 years of industry experience, they continue to grow in impact and presence, securing exciting briefs and solid success for a wide range of brands across the UK.

Their magic comes from combining brilliant people and best-in-class tools to deliver a continually forward-looking approach. With equal focus on creativity and strategy, they’re constantly raising the bar and exceeding expectations for their clients.

From media relations to influencer campaigns, you’ll work on campaigns that create significant reputational value for a variety of consumer brands that shape how we live, travel, and play. With a strong retention rate for many clients, this is an agency that knows how to build long-standing relationships and deliver year after year. Some of the agency’s current and previous clients include Odeon, Weird Fish, Nuffield Health, and Paultons Park.

Headquartered on the Sandbanks peninsula, with a collaborative hub in London, LLPR is one of the few multi-generational, family-owned and operated PR agencies in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced, close-knit team, deliver award-winning campaigns for a diverse range of clients, and enjoy a unique hybrid of city and coastal team culture!

Benefits & Culture

With family values at the heart of the agency, LLPR takes a human and collaborative approach that people genuinely enjoy being a part of. Lots of their team (past and present) say it’s the best place they’ve worked – and they strive to give everyone that experience.

From adjusting hours for a volunteer cause, or supporting a major personal milestone, this is a team where you’ll feel nurtured and supported – both at work and play.

Embracing creativity, individuality and empathy, they don’t do things in halves – an attitude reflected in their benefits. Developed in collaboration with the team to support both professional growth and personal happiness. These include:

  • Annual creativity and wellbeing budget to spend how you choose on personal activities, outside of work
  • Regular team socials, e.g. dining out, cocktails, socialising

  • Annual Christmas shutdown and birthday day off – on top of annual leave
  • Wellness initiatives: meditation and yoga apps & classes
  • Regular team activity weeks: creativity, learning, development & social activities
  • Milestone celebrations: for the agency and our team members. We love a party!
  • Regular team-based activities to top up the creative fuel tanks
  • Healthy snacks and fruit in the office (and treats… we all need them now and then)
  • Tailored professional development roadmaps, including a personal budget for external training and qualifications
  • Paid-for CIPR membership & CPD plans

Key responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end production for clients telling their stories through reels and dynamic content.

  • Manage LLPR’s own social media presence, including for its award-winning podcast, showcasing the agency’s capabilities to prospective clients
  • Elevating the skills of junior team members, teaching them how to think visually and use modern content tools.

Please note: This is a combined social media and PR role. PR experience is not essential, but you must have strong writing skills and an appetite for developing PR skills across traditional media.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 1 year+ of professional social media management and content creation experience, ideally utilising a mix of smartphone and professional-level equipment for visual content.
  • Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and creating dynamic video content (Reels/TikTok).

  • Has a solid awareness of PR and/or a strong appetite for developing further PR skills.
  • Has a high-energy, proactive attitude and is ready to elevate existing work with high-tier, ambitious tactics.
