Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Public Relations Manager, based in London with the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week. The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies, executing media relations initiatives, and creating compelling campaigns and editorial. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, crafting strategic communications, and representing Custard and its clients in maintaining a positive brand image. The role requires staying up to date with hotel and venue industry trends to ensure the success of campaigns and projects.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We welcome candidates who want to make a mark on our growing business, with ambitions and excitement to support on PR activities across a diverse range of hotel and venue clients.

  • Hotel and/or venue industry marketing knowledge

  • Excellent management skills
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and influencers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a PR or marketing role
  • Experience within the hotel and venue sector preferred

Salary

£35-45k
