We’re looking for a confident, passionate, natural leader with killer journalist contacts, great writing, and the ability to manage multiple clients. The right person will be eager to make a real impact in an up-and-coming agency and is looking for the opportunity to get involved in various areas of the business to support strategy and growth.

The Role

  • Managing client accounts and building strong and open relationships
  • Writing press materials
  • Pitching to the media and securing coverage in top-tier titles
  • Contributing to new business proposals and pitches
  • Managing client budgets
  • Helping junior team members grow and develop
  • Building and nurturing relationships with journalists and influencers
  • Creative strategy planning
  • The Right Candidate:
  • Must have PR experience, either in an agency or in-house
  • Strong consumer journalist relationships
  • Experience in regularly securing top-tier coverage
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to tailor writing for different formats
  • Highly organised and the ability to juggle multiple accounts
  • A friendly and confident people-person
  • Able to think on their feet and have a proactive approach
  • Creative, with an eye for what makes a good PR campaign
  • Link-building experience
  • Previous experience in influencer engagement, PR event planning and social media is a plus

Key information

  • You will be reporting to an Account Director
  • This job is fully remote with quarterly team meet-ups in central locations, with travel paid for by us
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
  • Start date: 11th May 2026

Interview process:

  • 15-minute phone call
  • 50-minute interview: w/c 30th March
  • 40-minute interview: w/c 6th April

  • Less Admin Than Other Agencies: We use efficient practices to take the boring tasks out of PR to ensure our intelligent and amazing employees are using their time well rather than wasting it. What can be automated should be, and you should be helping to build the processes to do so.
  • Carbon Negative: We acknowledge that there is a huge issue with our carbon impact on the environment, and as an agency, we offset all of our employees’ impact with that aim in mind, meaning you’ll be carbon-negative by working with us.
  • A Menstrual Policy: We believe people who experience debilitating menstrual pain shouldn’t be penalised. We provide flexible working solutions, plus up to five days leave for debilitating periods, menopause symptoms and pregnancy loss.
