As Account Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for clients-ensuring consistency of messaging, smooth coordination between local teams, and high-quality delivery across all territories. You’ll help shape global strategies, adapt them for local market needs, and guide both clients and teams toward best-in-class execution.

This position sits at the heart of our work and requires exceptional communication, leadership, organisation, and stakeholder management. You’ll be comfortable navigating multiple regions, time zones, and cultures while keeping campaigns aligned, clients informed, and deliverables on track.

About Fusion

Fusion Media is a creative marketing & communications agency with a global footprint. Our team is fully remote, with staff based across London and the UK, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Lisbon.

Fusion specialises in active lifestyle and movement-focused brands and has nearly 20 years of experience delivering PR and marketing for some of the world’s leading names in cycling, sports, outdoors, and mobility.

Flexibility and adaptability are important, as the role may require adjusting to shifting priorities, quick turnarounds, and occasional travel at short notice.
