Role Description

Do you have a passion for eCommerce SEO and want to work for one of the UK’s award-winning digital agencies?

As a Digital PR Strategist at NOVOS, you’ll support the planning and delivery of Digital PR campaigns designed to drive organic visibility and commercial impact for eCommerce brands.

You’ll work closely with senior team members and SEO stakeholders to help turn insights into creative campaign ideas, support outreach activity, and contribute to campaigns from ideation through to coverage. This role is ideal for someone early in their Digital PR career who is keen to learn, develop strategic thinking, and build strong foundations in SEO-led PR.

Responsibilities

As a Digital PR Strategist you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the ideation, planning and execution of Digital PR campaigns from start to finish
  • Working with data and insight to help inform creative campaign concepts
  • Contributing ideas during brainstorms and campaign planning sessions
  • Supporting with outreach activity, including journalist research and pitching support
  • Monitoring media opportunities and identifying relevant coverage opportunities for clients
  • Assisting with quarterly planning, reporting and campaign performance reviews
  • Developing a strong understanding of how Digital PR supports SEO performance and organic growth

Skills & Experience

We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Digital PR, PR, content, outreach or a related role (agency or in-house)
  • A genuine interest in Digital PR and how it supports SEO and organic growth
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and engaging copy
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop
  • Confidence contributing ideas and collaborating within a team environment

Bonus (but not essential):

  • Exposure to SEO fundamentals or SEO-focused PR campaigns
  • Experience using PR or SEO tools
