As a Communications Manager, you will strengthen Klarna’s presence across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK as one of our most influential markets. You will develop and execute integrated communications initiatives spanning consumer, corporate, and product topics, ensuring Klarna’s story resonates across personal finance, business, technology, and mainstream media. Working closely with product, legal, marketing, and public policy teams, you will translate launches, insights, and milestones into clear, compelling narratives that land across multiple markets. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards, strong processes, and consistent messaging across the region.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in communications across consumer, corporate, and product topics
- Experience from an agency environment and from an in-house tech or high-growth company
- Strong media network in the UK and experience collaborating across European markets
- Proven ability to translate product updates, data, and insights into clear and relevant media stories
- Experience preparing spokespeople and supporting senior stakeholders in media engagements
- Strong understanding of fast-paced, technology-driven environments with shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
