Account Executive - GIG Health

£25k-£33k salary range depending on experience

(Years experience: 1+ years of managing accounts in agency environment)

GIG Health is a 24-strong creative agency specialising in telling stories that improve people’s health. It might be a massive disease awareness campaign for big pharma or a small conference stand for a biotech start-up, but everything we do is about improving human health. We love knowing that our work, when we do it right, is improving the lives of people we’ll never meet.

Our client management team is now looking to grow their ranks with the addition of a proactive and personable Account Executive who’s as passionate as we are about helping people live more healthily.

With the help of GIG’s famously friendly account staff, our 30+ clients are connected to our in-house expertise in strategy and messaging, and our ten years’ of experience creating work across branding, design, animation, live action video, and a huge variety of digital services.

The account staff are the small-but-growing team is the team that holds it all together. They make sure GIG finds the balance between being positive and can-do, with holding the line when we need to be the “experts in the room”.

By growing our account team we are allowing for a forward looking, more thorough department that takes care of client service excellence from end to end, making sure everything from day-to-day management to long term relationship building is taken care of, leading to organic growth.

The successful applicant will work across all of our departments, across many functions and communication channels, and be the first contact for multiple client accounts. They will be excellent at maintaining positive, productive working relationships outside and inside GIG’s walls.

This is a full-time role based primarily in our office in Farringdon, with the option to work from home up to two days a week. Please do not apply to this role if you’re seeking a work-from-home-only position. Our office is located on the 3rd floor of a building, reachable via steps to the front door and a lift. We seek and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to ensure we get the best talent on our team.
