Account Director – Corporate Reputation

About The Role
We’re looking for a smart, curious and ambitious Account Director to help drive the next phase of growth for Zeno London’s award-winning Corporate Reputation team. You’ll be a trusted strategic partner to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, helping them protect, shape and communicate their corporate stories with purpose and creativity.
This is a hands-on role, reporting into the Corporate Reputation leadership team, where you’ll:
- Develop and execute effective media relations strategies, underpinned by strong journalist relationships and informed by evolving news agenda,
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and provide senior strategic counsel,
- Drive impactful integrated, cross-channel communication programmes,
- Oversee budgets and delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage,
- Support and mentor brilliant junior talent – helping them (and you) grow fast,
- Contribute to new business efforts: spotting opportunities, shaping proposals and pitching with flair,
- Collaborate across our brand and tech teams to create powerful, joined-up work,

About You
You’ll be an experienced corporate communications professional who:
- Has agency experience (ideally global) and thrives in a fast-paced environment,
- Brings solid knowledge across corporate reputation, ESG, sustainability, issues & crisis and stakeholder comms,
- Understands both traditional and digital media landscapes,
- Is commercially minded, creative and unafraid to challenge conventional thinking,
- Loves motivating teams and developing talent,
- Has experience leading integrated, multi-market campaigns,
- Is proactive, collaborative – and has a cracking sense of humour.
In short, you’re as strategic as you are hands-on, and you know how to deliver real impact for clients.
