I must confess when the "next big thing" comes out I tend to be pretty hesitant until it shows a few signs of sustainable interest. Past expereince tells me many hours can be lost trying to get your head around something only for the world to conclude it was in fact, useless. (Think Google Buzz/Google Wave.) So when I saw the latest stats on Google Plus earlier this week (25 million users already), I felt the need to attempt to get up to speed.
I came across this video from Koozai which gives some decent advice, bearing in mind we're very much in the early stages of Google Plus.
