While cruising around Twitter the other night, I came across this from @yonte19.

Must admit I'd never quite understood what NHS comms people do - now I know. Arguments over tax payers money aside (but I guess with my miserable cap on I could say that about a lot of public sector comms) we reckon it's a corking bit of PR.
