Creative strategy agency SOCIALEYEZ has appointed Nadia Alken and Alaa Demachkie as Creative Directors, expanding its senior leadership.
Alken will focus on client relationships and creative output across the agency's account portfolio, working with internal teams to develop the quality and consistency of work delivered to clients. Demachkie will lead new business development, overseeing creative pitches and identifying growth opportunities for the agency.
Ambreen Kazi, Head of Creatives at SOCIALEYEZ, said the appointments reflect the agency's continued investment in senior talent as it builds out its leadership team. He added: "Nadia and Alaa bring extensive creative expertise, strategic thinking and leadership experience that will further enhance our ability to deliver outstanding results for clients while supporting the agency’s continued evolution.”
A global footprint
Founded 11 years ago, SOCIALEYEZ has built its business in the UAE, Lebanon, Egypt and Saudi Arabia across social media strategy, influencer campaigns, content creation, animation, CGI and AI integration, and live event storytelling.
The agency's client roster has included Canon, Henkel, Philips, Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, Etisalat, HSBC, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Tim Hortons, Mazda and Turkish Airlines, alongside government and public sector work through clients including the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Dubai Culture.
Most recently, SOCIALEYEZ extended its long-term partnership with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority for a fifth year, retaining its role as agency of choice for the emirate's integrated communications and content strategy. As part of that relationship, the agency led social media creative content and digital storytelling for the International Council of Museums' 2025 General Conference, one of the largest gatherings of museum professionals globally.
