
Riyadh-based strategic communications firm Bold Influence has signed a memorandum of understanding with MAZ NEXA, a Saudi digital transformation and performance marketing company, to deliver a combined offering across reputation management, digital strategy and data-driven marketing.
The partnership brings together Bold Influence's work in corporate communications, executive positioning and thought leadership with MAZ NEXA's capabilities in SEO, website development, UX design, performance marketing and analytics.
Abeer Alessa, co-founder and CEO at Bold Group, said the deal reflects the "massive economic momentum" in the Kingdom. "We view this MoU not merely as a bilateral collaboration, but as a deliberate investment and commercial step aimed at shaping new standards for delivering integrated advisory and digital services," adding: "We are establishing an agile business environment capable of exporting the best communication and digital practices from Riyadh to regional and international markets," she said.

MAZ NEXA, established through an alliance between MAZ Holding and global digital agency NEXA, is the exclusive HubSpot Diamond Partner in Saudi Arabia and operates across more than five branches in the Kingdom.
The two firms said the collaboration is designed to serve both private sector clients and government entities in the Kingdom, with ambitions to extend the model regionally and internationally.
Majdi Ghraizi, co-founder and General Manager at Bold Influence, added that communications today "fundamentally relies on how seamlessly messages integrate with advanced digital tools to guarantee their reach and impact both locally and globally."
He further went on to say that the partnership represents a true response to the "radical shifts occurring within the strategic communications sector in Saudi Arabia.
