We want our MPs to be ‘real’ people, don’t we? Well, Toronto’s Mayor, Rob Ford seems to have taken this a little too far. Mr Ford is notoriously known for liking a drink or two, with numerous reports of him being drunk at events having been released in the past, and the mayor himself recently admitting to making a few mistakes. However, the new twist this week came when Canadian Police released a statement informing the press that a video has been seized allegedly showing the Mayor smoking from a crack cocaine pipe. Rob Ford has since denied these rumours telling press he is ‘not a drug addict’, while pushing for the video to be released. He has vowed that he would not be resigning and that he will be running for re-election next year. We wish his PR team all the luck in the world! http://youtu.be/0nxSkGi_-KA
