Inspired by Jim Hawker's purchase of a 1987 Talbot motorhome to enable him to work at home in peace, OneFifty co-founder Katie Buckett remembered that the lease agreement for her flat included use, if she wanted it, of an out-of-use massage parlour business unit below her flat.

Quite how a flat rental agreement ever included such terms I suspect we will never know, but here is Katie giving us a look around the the ex-massage parlour which is now her new office.
