ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior B2B Public Relations Manager to join our team at Bloxspring.
We work with some of the most exciting innovators in the built world – from climate tech pioneers to real estate technologies reshaping the industry. Our mission is to help them stand out, build momentum, and drive meaningful change through bold, intelligent communications.
This role will sit across our strategic accounts – our highest-value customers. The successful candidate will drive impactful press campaigns targeting global, national, business and trade media, in order to build authority, trust, and long-term success for our clients.
We’re looking for someone with relentless hustle and enthusiasm. Someone with a hunger for landing press coverage and leading great campaigns. You don't need to know built world innovation, but you do have to have palpable energy and enthusiasm for media relations work.
This is a great role for an experienced B2B PR who’s (ideally) worked within technology or real estate, enjoys variety, and wants to play a key part in helping ambitious companies take their brand awareness and credibility to the next level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading media relations activities for our key client accounts, as well as ensuring these align and complement other activities across the accounts eg. owned content, visual elements etc.
- Strengthening Bloxspring's media relationships across the US, UK and Europe, across global, national, business and trade media
- Leading ideation for media campaigns and pitches, by combining different content types: announcements, thought leadership, commentary, interviews, data-led stories, news-jacking etc.
- Helping up-skill junior members of the team to improve their media relations knowledge and skills
- Managing week-to-week workflow across x5 client accounts, by delegating tasks (media and other) appropriately across our content specialists
- Leading daily communications with our clients, escalating and delegating work across the Bloxspring team as required
- Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting accounts, and developments in the wider communications industry
- Forging great relationships with key client stakeholders
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Acting as an ambassador for the company and networking at events (suggested by business, as well as those self-sourced)
- Occasional travel to the USA to meet with and forge deeper relationships with our US clients
