About the agency

Why should consumer brands get all the fun? In a sector dominated by whitepapers, webinars, and lacklustre product stories, Fight or Flight is a fast-growing communications agency on a mission to disrupt the B2B market. They work exclusively with B2B brands that are anything but boring, from global tech giant Expedia to exciting scale-ups driving innovation in new markets. Campaign after campaign, they deliver work that turns heads, raises pulses, and makes headlines.

Since launch in 2020, the team has grown from three co-founders to 50+ full-time staff members in our offices in Soho, London and Times Square, New York City. The biggest driver of our growth has been a team of dedicated, smart, creative and passionate Fight or Flighters – better known as “Foffers” – who come to work every day determined to shake up the world of B2B.

They’re a regular on the industry awards circuit, collecting accolades that celebrate their creative approach to B2B comms. Recent achievements include securing 27 awards over the past year from The Drum, PR Week Awards and the SABRES.

If you want to accelerate your PR career and have fun with B2B brands, Fight or Flight is the agency for you.

Benefits & Culture

Fight or Flight rocks work-life balance and is big on being a people-first company. From annual team ‘FoFsites’ (think bonfires, wine and a team game of The Traitors!) to soaking up the evening sun with a game of rounders, they’re committed to building an environment that is fun, passionate and rewarding.

They attract top-tier talent and reward them with best-in-class benefits, exciting work and proper investment in career progression. It’s no surprise people join this agency and stay for a long while!

They’re also one of only 25 UK PR agencies to score the full four stars in PRWeek’s 2025 Transparency Report, sharing data on parental leave policies, pay gaps and Living Wage. Oh, and they’re a We Show the Salary employer – pledging to show salaries on all job ads. We think you can tell a lot about an agency by how much they share, and Fight or Flight is one of the rare agencies that goes the full mile.
