Digital PR Executive | Manchester Area | Hybrid

We’re looking for a Digital PR Executive to join our team as we continue to grow as a strategic communications partner for ambitious B2B brands and leadership teams.

We don’t operate like a traditional PR agency.

Our role is to help businesses and leaders shape how they are perceived, understood and trusted in their industry through strategic Digital PR, leadership positioning, insight-led storytelling and consistent visibility.

This role plays a key part in delivering that.

The role

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the wider team to support joined-up Digital PR programmes that drive credibility, authority and influence not just coverage for the sake of it.

This is a delivery role with strategic awareness. You’ll be involved in press and media-led storytelling, with social content used intentionally to support PR and positioning.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Supporting the delivery of strategic Digital PR programmes aligned to wider brand and leadership positioning
  • Creating press content, including press releases, commentary, expert quotes, campaign angles and outreach copy
  • Formatting and distributing press releases with a clear understanding of why they exist and whatthey’re meant to achieve
  • Researching and building relevant media lists based on audience, credibility and influence not volume
  • Carrying out personalised outreach to journalists to secure meaningful coverage and high-quality backlinks
  • Supporting insight-led and data-driven campaign ideas
  • Monitoring media coverage and supporting reporting that links activity back to visibility, authority and reputation
  • Completing audits and competitor analysis to inform positioning and future opportunities
  • Supporting social content that links directly to PR, coverage and campaigns (e.g. repurposing coverage, supporting thought-leadership and narrative reinforcement)
  • Attending client meetings where required to support delivery and understanding of objectives
  • Attending events where required
  • Taking part in bi-weekly status and reporting meetings
  • Supporting senior account team members across accounts and campaigns
  • Staying across industry news, trends and narratives to identify proactive PR opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year experience in a PR, Digital PR or digital agency (or relevant in-house role)
  • Experience working on B2B PR campaigns
  • A confident communicator, comfortable pitching ideas and building relationships with journalists
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-led environment
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Curious, creative and able to contribute ideas
  • Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines

This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to send press releases or chase coverage.

It’s for someone who wants to understand how stories shape perception, how visibility builds trust, and how strategic Digital PR supports long-term business growth.

Salary from £25,000 depending on experince
