The infographic below taken from a Vision critical survey has revealed the different roles Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest play when it comes to consumers finding, sharing, favouring, and purchasing information. The survey shows that Facebook as the highest percentage (38%) of purchases after being shared or favourited, with Pinterest coming in second (29%). It also shows what categories are the most discussed and where, as well as the methods each sites adopts when it comes to sales.
