We’re not the type of team that plug in our earphones and pretend no one else is in the room, in our line of work we need to have our ears to the ground the whole time. The first thing we do when we get into the office though is whack on the radio, if it’s not on, it definitely feels like something is missing. A bit like that feeling you get when you leave your mobile at home. We love a bit of a chair dance and here’s a selection of the tracks that almost make us want to stand up.

Does it really need an explanation? Memories of mum driving to me to ballet at the age of four years old through to the one song guaranteed to get the night going and get every single wedding guest on the dance floor, including your Gran. Anyone out there have any influence on his tour dates?
‘Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself’ – Jess Glynne, chosen by Colette
I can’t say I am a diehard Jess Glynne fan at all, but it just seems to arrive on the radio in our office at just the right moment. It's also the song that my kids and I share at home over the mountain of homework. I would go as far as to say that it almost gets me out of my seat, but as we now live in a glass box, literally, I’m not sure it would be appropriate in front of the rest of our floor. Although I’m tempted to give it a go.

This song reminds me of a rare occasion when me and my three sisters were dancing horrendously together and loving every minute of our extremely un-choreographed and unco-ordinated performance!

I love this song because… you can’t beat that drum intro, it was in my favourite film (Goodfellas) and always starts a good sing a long!
