Why attend

A good social media strategy is not something to be under estimated. Unfortunately the "build it and they will come" strategy may just not be good enough in the 2011 Social Communications world.
In this session we look at a strategic process for doing social media that, like all good things in life comes in 3 easy chunks - Listening / Planning / Engagement

What should attend:

Those managing overall strategy development on behalf of a brand or client. Preferably you will have some say in how a marketing or PR budget is being spent.

What Will You Learn?

  • How to think strategically about social media
  • The benefits of long term engagement
  • How social media fits into the wider marketing mix
  • How social media can be used for more than just communications

Trainer:
